I was THIS close to backing that last year! Sounded very cool, I'll have to check it out.
The secret sauce (for me at least) is that the stat block needs to marry the ingredients and harvestable yields. Just having it on the same page or opposite spread makes it that much easier for you as the GM to remember "oh right they can hack this thing up for benefits".
I think there are examples in the quickstart you can check, but yeah, even though on the monster side it's not precise resources you can know what you can get from the stat block
It's not a resource management game though, so by default they don't really give precise parts or measurements or stuff, but I guess you could probably add them yourself if motivated enough haha
I'm reading Wilderfeast at the moment and they're doing more of a 2 (maybe 3), but they do have a bestiary and ingredients in each area listing!
